Complaint Review: Direct vapor

Direct vapor They took my money immediately offering no tracking number after a week of waiting n asking for age verification I checked the status of my order and had I not I'd still be waiting, they did refund my money after 7 days although I paid right then the online support was rude n finally I said cancel the order and refund my money! This was done immediately if ur gonna do age verification u should make sure that's done before taking any money from the consumer!! Bad business  Other Internet

Again had I not checked the status of my order I would still be waiting. they offer free shipping with no tracking,asked for age verification which I'd done mutiple times leaving me no choice online thru text for help said I need to upload again my id. at this point I asked for the order to be cancelled. they never offered any type of credit due to this other then when I demand a refund for the order. This is very bad business as every other vape shop online required age verification before u check out
