Complaint Review: DirectBuy Of North Alabama

I applied to an ad on CareerBuilder.com for a call center representative starting at $8/hr. Once I started working for DirectBuy, during orientation Dewayne Holcomb from DirectBuy advised us that we would only be making $8/hr for the remainder of that week, afterwards pay would be commission only at $4.50 a lead. No where on the CareerBuilder ad does it indicate that $8/hr would only be paid for one week. I worked for 5 hours that day and quit because I needed a steady pay check. I contacted Mr. Holcomb about picking up my check for the 5 hours I did work and was told the checks are mailed on payday (Fridays). To date, I have not gotten paid and my phone calls are not being returned. I do not work for free. I sent an email indicating that I either want my $8/hr or $4.50 per lead, of which I got 11 leads that day in the 5 hours that I worked.
