I, like millions i suppose, watched the NBC/MSNBC report on e-cigs. They even offered a link to DIRECTECIG.COM, with a special limited time offer off their product for only $4.95. As a person wanting to reduce and then end my dependence on nicotine, the NBC report convinced me to try the offer. I ordered, paid my $4.95 and recieved the "free starter kit." now. about 3 weeks later i have a $109 CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD.

I e-mailed and tried calling DIRECTECIG, with no luck. Stay away from this company, it is a scam, cheat, ripoff. And an expensive one for a working person like me. They claim there was "fine print" saying if you didn't return the "free starter kit" in two weeks, you would be billed $109 for it. NO SUCH THING IN THE LINK FROM MSNBC's tv show. SCAM, CHEAT, RIPOFF. STAY AWAY, TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM DIRECTECIG and to notify and boycott MSNBC/NBC advertisers.

I want to do everything i can to get my money back and keep others from losing theirs. The address, e-mail and ph number of this ripoff is in the report. Please let them and the local NBC-2 affiliate hear from you. WE have to help ourselves, no official ever will. thank you.
