 Had made a mistake on computer processing a bill pmt. by this being first time for online pmt submitten the payment to vendor 2x when ment to pay one .Contacted the card company and disputed one of the transaction, the end result was since i still owed more money to vendor who i paid 2x i was not getting over payment refunded. Told Direct Express this was like a car loan or Sears acct. Just because you still have a outtanding amout owed does mean you wanted to make a double Payment, The 2nd was done in error. Customer Svc says SORRY you can write a Letter to mgmt and dispute this,Told c.s thats no help 10-15 days or 30 to get replywould be no help, need my money now for other bills to pay.
