Complaint Review: DirectOne

DirectOne, LLC ripoff unauthorized, fraudulent billing--deceptive company victimized many consumers Santa Ana California .....

I discovered an unauthorized "purchase" on my last charge card statement, in the amount of $61.02. When I called my charge card bank, they could only identify Direct One, LLC as a telecommunications company.

I decided to try finding it on the web and actually found the "Rip-Off" site and also "thecomplainstation.com" by chance and discovered that many others have been scammed by Direct One, LLC in much the same way.

By reading several complaints, I was able to get the 800 number and tried calling, but could not wait for such long periods of time. I will continue to try at various times of the day.

I am contesting the purchase with my charge card bank as well as filing this report. If the is a class action of any kind, I want to be a part of that. I am only expecting to get a refund and a promise that there will be no further billing. But I am also discouraged when I read about the terrible customer service that many have experienced.
