After noticing a charge of $61.02 on my credit card bill..I contacted DirectOne and spoke to Mike Whiticher, who informed me that there was nothing I could do about the charges!

I explained that I had not ordered DirectOne services and asked what it was. I was told that they are a phone service, (which I do not need) AND that I could not have the charges removed! That I could switch to a smaller plan of $20.00 a month! I told him I didn't want ANY plan! He informed me again that there was NOTHING I could do about the charges!

Bottom line...That while ordering business cards from VistPrint..I inadvertently passed by their website and Directone stole my credit card # and billed me for a service I did not authorize.

They are aware that their add is on vista prints website...and I believe they are stealing everyones credit card #'s and billing unsuspecting people for their services!

Please be aware ofDirectOne BAD TACTICs to gain revenue from the unsuspecting..pass the word along!
