directron.com directron.com will not fix or replace my motherboard Internet, Internet
I purchased a msi h61mu-e35 motherboard/cpu/memory combo on 5/26/2011. The system worked find for awhile. I was playing a game and the sound went out and not long after the sound went out the video went out.
The system worked for 8 months before it went out. I pulled the motherboard with the cpu and memory still installed and sent them back to directron to be repaired or replaced. directron said that I damaged the motherboard so they won't fix or replace it. they wouldn't say what the damage is.
The combo cost $241.73 plus $12.25 to send it back.
