These guys are a bunch of crooks they sell surveillance cameras without properly describing the features and you don't get what you are expecting. In addition they have a very bad return policy. The camera I bought starting freezing my system after two weeks, I called tech support and they tell me that I have to pay the shipping to send it back to them, then they have to test it and reproduce the issue before they are willing to send a replacement. I called 5 times asking to speak to  a manager and 5 different people transferred me back and forth, and all of their staff members where cocky and rude. Everyone stay away from these people and DO NOT buy anything from these guys. Go to another on-line store.
