I purchased 2 disk drives for a new server. The drives I received were not the correct type. I need hot-swappable and the drives they sent were not. I was given an RMA and shipped the drives back. I personally unpacked then repacked the drives within 30 minutes and they never left my sight. I was told several days later that the drives I returned weren't theirs. I was basically told to go pound sand. I would never, ever consider dealing with this company again. I'm not sure if they are a fly-by-night company, or just have some internal issues they need to deal with. Either way, I'd stay away from them.
