DirectTV advertises "Free Professional Installation" + "Free DirectTV DVR Upgrade" + '3 Months Free 28 Movie Channels" for $44.99 per month for 12 months.
Following installation, DirectTv billed me $236.47 and proceeded to charge me $72.99 per month for the Plus DVR Package. Upon my complaint, some employees said the $236 charge was for a "Programming adjustment" which they changed to "Charge for receiver (antenna ?") when I challenged the "Programming adjustment". When I challenged them and asked for my "Free installation" by snail mail, by email and by telephone, I have now had contact with over 7 DirectTV representatives, none of whom can tell me what the $236.47 charge is for. They tried to chage it to my credit card. I challended it and MasterCard refunded the charge to me. I have been unable to find a DirecdtTV employee who can explain this proposed charge or reverse it or find an employee who can explain their $72.99 per month charge.
They advertise "Free installation" and quote a price of $44.95 per month and then bill me $72.99 per month and try to charge me $236.47.

A classic bait and switch. Very unethical businessmen
