DirecTV 20% bill increase without notice right after paid service! Internet

My name is David H, customer of DirecTV for more than 3 years.
I was paying a total of US$93 for my monthly service. 
Last month of February, I decided to move my DVR to a room nearby and I just needed the technician to drill a new hole in the wall along with the connectors and plate of course. I didn't know he had to run new cables from the antenna to that point. Fine. Agreed it was $49 anyway, and that's what I paid.
To my surprise, next bill  comes no less than 20% higher overall!!
My package more expensive, the DVR rental more expensive, more taxes of course, for a total of $105.42!!
and this without any previous notification.

I find that absolutely arbitrary, shameful, and aggravating.
