last year i had directv come out and install hdtv programing on my tv and also last year they were launching new channels and i was busy for the holidays and personal problems til recently so i didnt have time to check my hd reception til recently then last month i finally had time to arrange a time for a directv technician to come out and see whats wrong with my hd
reception. so i called directv and they sent a technician over to fix it. and then this momth i got a
79.95 service fee and directv never told me there would be a service fee. the person who came out never told me there be a service fee.i feel like since it was their faultthey didnt install it right but directv refuses to give me credit for something thats their fault. they didnt install my dish correctly
