On February 11,2008 my Directv service quit working. I contacted Directv only to get the run-around. I have a very expensive show dog, entered in a top televised dog show, and I cannot even watch him perform because Directv cannot get my service working! One minute it was working, the next minute it was not working. Directv told me it would take up to one week to get a service technician out here to check for a problem. They then tell me that I am responsible for the cost of this service call, because I supposedly waived the service line warranty option they offered. Directv tells me they have no PROOF that I waived the line warranty. They also tell me I have a 2 year contract, but, again, they cannot give me proof of this contract. I never signed so much as an installation agreement, let alone a 2 year contract. So..here we sit with no satellite, no service technician for 4 days, and no way to cancel without paying nearly $200 early-cancellation agreement. The "manager" tells me "is there anything else I can help you with"...please show me where you have helped me!!!???
