Directv fraudulently charged my bank account without authorization. ripoff South Phoenix Arizona
Several months ago I attempted to cancel my agreement with direct tv. I had a hdd reciever that never worked they way it was supposed to. After trying a couple recievers I told them I wanted to cancel service. at that time they gave some credit for the service.
I was told they would send me a box to mail them the equipment. I AGREED. I also requested they stop automated payment on my account. THEY DID. Several months later they did not recieve payment on the account and shut off my service and sent it to collections. Yesterday they took the money out of my account without authorization along with a $200 increase from the amount that I was given by collections.
I have been a customer of theirs for several years and can tell you no matter what they do will never again use directv services.
