when we first got service from these jokers they told us if we purchased a dvr for $99 they would send us a check with our first bill we would get 3 months of free hbo and max with a one yr contract. we purchased the dvr well when they hooked up our service we got no hbo or max so we called and complained they finally put it on but started billing us for it so finally got upset and canceled hbo and max even though never got it for free had to pay for it. our check in the mail never came so kept calling bout that they kept saying they didn't do that i asked then why were we told that so finally 5 months later after arguing and fighting over the phone they sent a check. we had service installed on feb 28 2007 called and canceled on feb 28 2008 they now say we have a 2yr contract. then they went into our checking and took out money with out any one oking it.
