Directv refuse to refund money and continue to bill me and the bill keeps increasing Phoenix Greenwood Village Colorado

I move in Aug 05 to another state and call to cancel the service and they connect me to the moving department and they extended the account for three months and said that when I report to my new location to let them know. I call and told them that the people I was renting from didn't want nothing on the roof or attached to the home. They stated to me that it was against the law and that they couldn't do that and they will put a dish on a pole and I would have to pay for it and I told them to just close the account and refund my credit amount of $45.62.

Every six months I keep receiving a bill stating that I owe and the bill is increasing and it went up to $143.91. I call again to try and get this account close and receive my refund of $45.62 and they told me to send a letter of dispute to them and I did and still I am receiving a bill that is past due of $117.65.

I called again and they said that they tried to call me which the number I can be reached is in the letter (which I didn't receive a call)and they credit me half of the bill which I have not had directv since Aug 05. She told me that i will not receive a refund and that they credit me since I was a member since 96.

They just don't want to refund me my money and I don't have a bill and the old billing address is vacant and no one has been living there. So what service have they giving and why should I pay for something that I didn't receive.
