In september of 2007 I ordered DirecTV service from their website. I ordered 4 HD cable boxes that were supposedly needed. They came and installed this massive dish on the side of my house and dropped off 4 boxes. After a day I noticed the HD channels quality were horrible and not crisp. So I tried adjusting my Tv to no avail so 3 days later I canceled my service. Less than 7 days after recieving it. Thy esent me fed ex boxes for me to mail my HD boxes back and they never came and removed the Dish from my house and now they want to stick me with a 350$ bill for 3 days of service and a ugly dish hanging off my house. This company is a joke now I know why they arent allowed to merge with Dish network. They offer no value to the customer. If any person here signs up with Comcast, Verizon or their local cable company they can cancel at any time with no charge. Yet these thieves try to suck you dry for sub par cable service. Not to mention their Customer Service is nothing more than automated services ... a joke of a company I have filed complaints with BBB, Mass attorney General and Im headed over to the FTC next.
