DIRECTV Ripoff Artist...Scammers..unethical...Horrible Customer Service!!! Greenwood Village Colorado
My husband and I have had Directv since its inception.....That being said you would think they may value the business of someone who has been with them that long...NOOOOOOO!!!! I won't go into the details of why we cancelled...boils down to them telling us one thing and doing another but here is where i am pissed! We cancelled....a few days later we got a call saying they were sending out the boxes to send back our 5 receivers and to make sure we send them back or we will be charged...well low and behold that same day I got the call BEFORE i even got the boxes they took out $1070.00 out of my bank account....I was livid....the next day I got the boxes and the slip said I have 10 days or I will be charged....
We called and spoke to SO many people each one gives you a different story..even the managers you never hear the same thing twice..."your money will be back in 3 business days.....8 business day....8 weeks....5 business days"...well here it is 3 weeks later i still have a credit on my account but no money from them yet.....we call daily go as high up as we can and still no resolve....
I have never delt with such a dishonest company...I can't believe there is no Class Action suit on them...Their customer service reps are a bunch of idiots and have no clue...of course what do you expect when even the manages can't get their answers straight.....they are crooks and I want my money back NOW~!!! They have the receivers but I don't have my $$$$$$!
