Complaint Review: Directv

Directv they seem to have their own idea of billing, collections and posting of credits. aboslutely the WORST customer service i have ever experienced. Greenwood Village Colorado

after being a customer for six months and dealing monthly with inept customer service, i requested information in writing on how much it would cost for me to buy out the remaining six months of my non-existant "contract".

they provided me a dollar figure which i gladly paid for them to go away. three months later i started recieving collection phone calls.

thank goodness i belong to a prepaid legal service. they have taken on the issues with directv. they are woking on several complaints from the state of florida. do i smell a possible class action suit for deceptive business practises. i sure hope so!

I have the same type of problems with Directv. Maybe a class action lawsuit may be what the doctor ordered for these crooks. Directv has already had to settle a multi-state lawsuit for their billing and collections practices.
