DirecWay - Hughes Network Systems False Advertising Bait and Switch RIPOFF Germantown Maryland
As of 30 December 2005, DirecWay advertises to its users that they can upgrade from Home (to Professional for $69.99/mo.
When you call DirecWay, they tell you that the upgrade is only for users of DirecWay 7000. Other users must pay $89.99/mo.
Nowhere in any of their advertisements does it list such a requirement nor do any ads mention that other restrictions apply.
This is a blatent case of false advertising and/or bait and switch.
I have made copies of their web pages, both source and output, to prove that such advertisements were being made.
