This is the worst internet service money can buy. They totally misrepresent the connection speeds users will experience - and then disclaim any responsibility in their service agreements. They sell higher end packages that provide higher speeds despite the fact that all users experience the same lousy speeds. The latency involved when using satellite internet means that even when going to a common site the initial load often takes up to a minute! And, going from page to page is the same slow response.

This is slower than dial up service. My connection speeds never reached even half of what was advertised. I spent two days with technical support with no improvement. If you use VPN or need to connect to any secure website in your company - the speeds are even slower! I cancelled on the third day and the company won't refund the $560 installation cost. Expensive lesson for misrepresentation. I've reported this false advertising to the state and I request that you do the same. Stop others from being ripped off!

P.S. the only time that you can actually experience high speed downloads is after you select a large file for download - such as a music file. Then it's fast. But getting to the site takes forever and most of the time it says it can't find the site becuase it's too slow for the site to communicate with the satellite. Bad stuff. Shouldn't be sold to consumers.
