I had no repair man call after my original complaint for 2 months. I called and told them I was cancelling. They called back and gave me 2 options: pay up or have collection action taken against me. My solution was to involve my state's attorney general, and then I got action. I was sent a phone number for "Executive Customer Care" and I was assigned a very nice lady--Darlene Swan. Without the AG's involvement, I had hit nothing but dead-ends, threats and no viable remedies. Call Darlene 866-259-9445 pin#298757. Wow. In reading the rip off comments here I am amazed -- it appears that the folks who have had trouble are not having difficulty with Direcway (or Hughes, who I think just bought them out) -- but are having difficulty with their local vendors and installers. The server, dish, installation, etc. we had was great -- less thatn two weeks for all of it to be up and running. We live in a rural area and this has been a godsend for business and school.
