On 9/13, I was supposed to have a satelite system installed for internet high speed access. My credit card had already been billed for the first "installment".

After weeks and weeks of a horrendous nightmare of service people, phone calls, e-mails, three days off of work to accomodate the dates and times they were SUPPOSED to appear, I still do NOT have any time of working service. I have a satelite disk attached to my patio that is not connected to anything else. I have two modems sitting on my desk that are not connected to anything else.

The second sub-contractor they called to come out and fix what the first subcontractor had screwed up couldn't fix it either. During all of this, they charged my credit card ANOTHER fee of $59.99 for monthly service; except I have NEVER HAD ANY SERVICE!

When trying to cancel this account I got a major run around -- then a promise from someone named Scott Paine in the cancellation department to credit the fees charged-to date, (October 27th) this still not has been done....Now they want to charge me $400 to send their equipment BACK to them. This entire experience with this compant has been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE, and I would not recomment anyone attempt to get this service.

I am a victim too William. Joyce is right and the rest of the consumers. You're not the victim that's why you don't feel bad about it. But if you will be a victim one day. I think we have the last laugh!!!! So I'm thankful to those consumers who complains this their situation, at least we lessen the victims. I guess you are not that concern WILLIAM! because you're being selfish, you think only YOURSELF!!!!

I HAVE DIRECWAY SATELLITE SERVICES AND i AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT. HAVE HAD SOME PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF SOME BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS BUT THAT WAS TO BE EXPECTED AND WAS TOLD THIS BY INSTALLER. WEATHER HAS TO BE SEVERE THOUGH. SIGNAL BEEN TO BE HAS TO BE GREATER THAN 30 IN STRENGTH AND MINE HAS BEE WELL ABOVE THAT. RIGHT NOW AT 90 AND DOING REAL WELL =FASTEST LOADS I'VE HAD EVEN FASTER THAN CABLE. I EVEN HAD TO REFORMAT MY HARDDRIVE AND LOST SERVICE COMPLETELY BUT TECH BY PHONE HELPED TO GET ON LINE AGAIN.I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER SO FAR. GREAT INGENUITY AND I'M PLEASED WITH IT.
