I've had Direcway for over a year. During that time I've probably gotten to use it only half the time. When it is running it works good, but the equipment is terrible and constantly malfunctions. I've waited weeks for them to send a service guy, who does a temporary fix and leaves. Within a week of the service guy coming the system is not working again. I sit on hold for hours for them to tell me it's my computer, not their problem. Funny - I have absolutely no problems using dial-up. I only have problems when I use their equipment.

I'm sick of paying for equipment that doesn't work and service that is completely lousy. It never fails that when I call tech support I always need to be transfered to advanced support and they are closed. The only times they are open, I am at work and unable to be at my home computer. They won't help me if I can't be at my home computer.

This particular time I've told them that I know they need to send someone as the satelite dish itself is crooked (that's the way the guy left it last time - and it wasn't working when he left). They refuse to send someone. They say I can pay a service person, but they won't cover the work.

Awful customer service, even worse equipment. The service guys I've had are experts on the directv service, but don't really know much about direcway. The only one that seems to know anything is the guy in Galveston that posts on here. If I only knew what company he worked for, I'd call him.
