Complaint Review: diret tv

Yo Alicia hago una denuncia a Directv de fraude, en Noviembre yo debia 100 dolares y me desconectaron el servico me llamo una representante diciendo que habia una promocion de 29.99 que si me interesaba yo le dije que yo les debia 100 dolares y me dijo que eso no era problema que si yo pagaba los 100 dolares ya no tenia que pagar los 51 dolares todos los meses solamente 29.99, todo esa explicacion era con la informacion de mi numero de cuenta, me dijo que si podia pagarlo le dije que no tenia dinero en mi cuenta y me dijo que podia ir a Walmart y comprar una tarjeta con el nombre de Money duck card, me restablecieron el servico inmediatamente mande un pago de 51 dolares en diciembre y para enero me desconectaron el servicio y recibi un bill de 343.86 dolares. Me robaron y quieren seguir robando llame en enero explicando mi situacion y no dan ninguna explicacion en febrero tambien llame y hoy 3 de marzo hable con servicio al cliente y le explique mi situacion y no sale en el sistema con las persona que hablo. La tarjeta de los 100 dolares dicen ellos que nunca recibieron ese dinero despues que mi servico fue activado. Y la promocion de 29.99 nunca la recibi y me quieren cobrar 343.86 dolares por enero febrero cuando mi servicio no esta activado desde enero. Les aconsejo a todas las personas que le a pasado esta situacion que lo denuncien que en la union esta la fuerza y asi desenmascaramos a las companias que hacen fraudes. Gracias por escucharme.
