I bought a 1998 Isuzu Trooper on May 21. On June 1 I had engine problems resulting in needing the engine replaced. I contacted the dealership; they were unwilling to take the vehicle back, but offered to take money off the balance owed. I continued to make payments, and got an estimate from a qualified mechanic as stipulated by Clint Funk. That was the last I heard from the dealership; no response to any of my calls or numerous letters. Starting with my payment due August 20, the dealership stopped cashing my biweekly payments, and engaged a repossession agent to collect the vehicle. After a last warning letter in mid October went unanswered, I contacted an attorney to represent me. To date, there has been no resolution, but Clint Funk has called me, at work, demanding that we come to a conclusion person to person and not involve attorneys, he doesn't want to see me embarrassed when I'm charged with vehicular fraud, which isn't even real.

This report was filed in order to cause a distraction. Ms. Sheetz stole a vehicle plain and simple. She bought an as-is vehicle and didn’t pay or return the vehicle. This report is to make her conscience feel better about what she has done.
