Discount Blind And Shade Factory/Blind And Shade Factory, Ken Montoya, Kristen Wolfe Et Al SCHEDULED MEETING (1/20/2006) for Ripped-Off Customers of Discount Blind and Shade Factory/Montoya et al to take Greater Legal Action Chandler Arizona
In order to gather and exchange as much current info as possible on Montoya, Wolf[e], et al DBA Discount Blind and Shade Factory, we propose a meeting at the Phoenix location of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. The ROC is not participating in this particular meeting. Instead, this site was suggested as a mutual, safe and public meeting place for parties interested in taking further legal action, criminal and civil, against these individuals.
Like us, many of you probably have ongoing cases with the State Attorney General's office, the Arizona ROC and Chandler Justice Courts, not to mention those of you with lawsuits and complaints filed in California and Nevada. However thus far, these steps have not slowed down these people at all!! In fact, on January 11th 2006, Montoya and Wolf[e] RENEWED THEIR CONTRACTING LICENSE WITH THE ROC using the same address (now abandoned), the same phone number (disconnected) and the same and alternate business name Discount Blind and Shade Factory/Blind and Shade Factory! How does a business renew their license with falsified information and 36 complaints filed against them??? Such does not begin to take into account the civil actions filed against all of these people!
These people need to be stopped, and retribution must be made to those consumers having already fallen for the scam Montoya et al continue to perpetuate on innocent people. If there is strength in numbers, Montoya et al have had the advantage over all of us. If we ban together as a cohesive group, we may be able to take greater legal action against all of these people. Hope to see you 1/20/2006 at 3:00!
