Complaint Review: Discount Blind And Shutter Factory - Kristen Wolf - Neil Merrigan

We ordered our blinds and shutters 6/05 just like Anthony from Camarillo. We recieved our wood blinds but not our shutters which were 70% of the order.

We also reordered in Oct and were told we would have our shutters by Halloween, three weeks away. That date came and went. We were told we had an install date on 11/22.

My wife called to confirm and was told there was no such appointment. It was just another story. We heard so many in the almost six months we've waited.

Our last conversation was with Neil Merrigan (Office Mgr), who said we would get status last week. Still waiting. We've tried coutless times to speak to Kristen Wolf (Owner) but she will not return our calls. As of 11/29 there is no answer at DBS just VM which puts you on endless hold.
