discount city hotels
We booked a four night stay at the No. 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel in London with discountcityhotels.net. The rate clearly stated VAT inclusive. When we received the booking on the email, embedded in the paragraph marked "cancellation policy", it was stated that VAT may be added. So I called DCH and was assured that the VAT was most definitely included in the rate.
Upon check-out, the hotel charged us 20% VAT, totalling over $350. We wrote and called DCH, but have received no satisfaction nor any promise of a compromise solution.
