Discount Computer Depot sent me a defective computer and agreed to replace it, after I shipped my somewhat functioning item back they then claimed 10 days after my return to have mailed the replacement a full 14 days before I sent the return.Wtf? Jacksonville, Ebay Tx

I would like to know where my replacement computer is. I mailed my computer back and it arrived on the 3rd or 4th of November. The fully functional replacement should have been mailed out dutifully thereafter along with me being given notice of a tracking number. I want to know where my computer is and how and what is being done about this issue. I'm not just going to bite the bullet for $550 due to your inept incompetence.

Ive repeatedly asked your customer service rep to review the facts based on the electronic correspondence and he keeps giving me the same run around. Are you going to address my problem or not? Nothing has arrived and no information has been transmitted in any way shape form or fashion to let me know anything other than your employees vague and vapid we will send you a tracking number.

Here I am 9 days after I returned my PC, which you were waiting on before sending out the replacement, and your employee is claiming I received the replacement, which I didn't, on the 26th of October. Yet the other email clearly says you aren't going to ship the replacement UNTIL my computer was returned. Wtf?
