Complaint Review: Discount Gift Ideas

Placed an order from their website on 2/22/03. The payment was processed 2/26/03. I decided to check after a week to see where my package was.

Discount Gift Ideas required me to register as a user before making a purchase, when I tried to log on using my email address and password, I received the message ":user does not exist." Ok, maybe I mis-typed it on registering. I used their "contact us" form on the site, no response. Several days later I filled out another "contact us," and searched thier site for an email address..literally had to search, and it seems they've removed it from their site now!

Long story short 5 unanswered "contact us" forms and four unanswered emails, and of course NO delivery of goods purchased.

Granted, I only lost under $20 on them, a rip off it is, and I'm trying to file complaints so no one else gets ripped off by them.
