Discount Gold Brokers Inc
Whatever you do, do not buy from this company. I read several Rippoff reports and some rebuttals and I am here to tell you this company is one of the biggest ripoff artists around.
We repeatedly asked for a refund which they refuse to do even though legally they cannot keep your money. We have told them we are cancelling our order and want a refund to no avail!
We have been waiting four months.....yes 4! They have had my money that long and promised to send it time and time again. Last week the story went.......we have "secured" your gold and will have it too you by the end of the week and we will "throw in some Silver" for your inconvenience. (Haha).
This week the story goes......"when we secure" your gold and we will have it to you by next week and so the con game continues.
Mike Berman is surely a pathalogical liar We are at the end of our patience, have contacted a lawyer, contacted the Dept of Justice, (who it seems is very interested in this company) as is the "Better Business Bureau" who has 42 complaints files against this company. Need I say more.
Take your hard earned money and run!!!!
We are still waiting and will update this when and if we ever get our gold.

I dug further and discovered that we have recently issued an enforcement action against Discount Gold Brokers, Inc., on April 15 of last year. The “Desist & Refrain” order prohibits further sale of commodities to California customers. Please feel free to advertise the order against the company as you see fit. As for current customers with grievances, the best advice I can give is for individuals to file a complaint with the California Department of Business Oversight so that we can further our official investigation into the company.
