Complaint Review: Discount Long Distance Direct Billing

You will really think I am a fool. I thought these were charges on my husbands internet access while he travels. Finally I asked him. and they were not.

On June 19th I received a charge for 61.02 from a company called Discount Long Distance
On July 24th 60.90 from D Long Distance
On Aug 27th 64.47from D Long Distance
On Sept 24th 64.47 from D Long Distance
and now in October they have changed the name to Direct Billing.

The address on my credit card says 1820 E. 1st street, Redwood City, Ca. I did a search on mapquest and there is no 1rst street in Redwood. Finally Capital One says they came up with a phone number after the first two reps say there was no phone number. I was able to get in touch with D Long Distance. They only say customer service as they change their name often it appears. They also change phone numbers and faxes so I am sure this phone number will not work soon. They said they would give me full credit for all the charges, but when I asked for a fax confirmation or email they said they do not have fax or email. I cancelled my credit card as they are all over the internet as a fraud. Another phone number is 800-416-2238.
