We have recently hired ABA Moving inc. (aventuramoving.com AKA discountmiamimovers.com) to move the furniture. We have agreed to an hourly pay rate, without any packing materials. Everything was already backed in boxes, however blankets and tape to wrap some of the items were included in the hourly rate of $100/hour for 2 men and a 26 foot truck. The movers were late, calling an office to find out what time are they coming no one answered the phone or called us back. Movers are finally show up 40 min late and start the job.

When it came to unloading an items half way, they requested to get paid, and I did half in cash per their request and the rest half was going to pay them off after the job is being completed. When they have shown me the final bill estimate for their job, instead of $450-$500 for 5 hours as agreed upon with their main office, they requested me to pay them almost $1,100 trying to justify it with the additional cost came from packing and using their blankets to wrap up our delicate items + other irrelevant items that suppose were as an addition to an hourly rate. They took a very comfortable and convenient position, by telling me it is what their boss said and it is my responsibility to deal with office disputes not theirs, their job is just to do moving and collect the money for the job. Well organized system that I guarantee was used on many customers out there. So I did try to call every number I had for the company, but no one in the office was answering the phones (Alexis refused to talk to me for some reason J) we all know that reason, nor the movers were cooperating for me to get ahold of anyone I can talk to.

All of the extra charges were never disclosed or agreed with upon, in fact I asked Alexis multiple times, I do not want any surprises in the price or terms change for them to sell me their packing materials and making sure we are just being charged ONLY a flat hourly rate that I was reassured we were ONLY on hourly rate and not to worry. So the movers just placed us in front of the fact, you pay or we do not give you back remaining items our boss Alex (Russian Speaking in fact his real name is above “Boris Kreychman” ) told them not to release my items till I pay up and if you have an issue with the bill take it to civil court or address it with a company owner, lol. We all know what it is and I bet they do know it even better, that they can get away with such an outdated and flat out brutal scam. Did not think in this day and age anyone does business this way anymore, but as this company shows they do….

Trying to contact an office for over an hour, no one was answering the phone or the messages that were left for them, then Boris Kreychman calls the movers (not me direct) but movers, then ask them to speak to me an explain the situation, introducing himself as Alex. I did explain the situation, the terms we agreed upon with his company and that I feel like they are doing a plain racketeering by holding my items because of double charge I was not willing to pay for. He asks to speak to his movers again and I thought the situation is resolved, but NO... now the movers are starting to negotiate and telling me that the owner will take the final price for unloading my items $850 and we better run for ATM to withdrew the funds, otherwise they are leaving and we will have to deal with them through the court or buy out our furniture back from the company.

They refused to assist in handle this situation with an office, classic old scam of 80's-90's trying to bully the customer the pay up any amount they request. Justifying it by a small legal text in the agreement that they can add additional charges, like boxes, bubble wrap, how many stairs they came up to bring the box/priced per step, etc. None of which was mentioned or provided by them before doing it. Besides blankets and the tape to wrap it down, nothing has been used from their materials. So I had to stand in front of the truck, to make sure they do not drive away and wait on the police to help to resolve this dispute. Over an hour later.... I did, and my items were allowed to be taken.

And as a final laugh, they are so called joke for a boss Boris Kreychman called me later after 10pm, telling me that he swears on his life I will see him personally very soon, what a f…..g joke! Then a txt me, letting me know I play with a fire, etc. Guess nice to call yourself another made up name, hoping no one will find out who he actually it is, took me less than one minute to get information about that character.

Be aware of this company, before calling them, better off walk a mile away from them when you even hear their name or see their website, unless you are into sadomasochism. Their operation is a pure Scam (not sure how many other victims that actually run into similar situation and had no option but to pay off their overcharged bill). Not me, called in police they backed me up on top of it I had witnesses, my items were unloaded back to me and movers went back without getting a cookie and a bad taste in mouth +++++ very bad reputation and google review J!  Read reviews before hiring anyone, my advice.
