Complaint Review: discount mortgage relief (bruce spurlock)

i contacted this company to reduce my mortgage payment.  i paid them a 1000.00 upfront and was supposed to by them 2959 the following month, but ended up canceling and requesting a full refund.  this was in december of 2009 and it is may 2010 and i recieved a letter from helaine cohen saying they closed my file and wouldn't be giving me a refund due to using a debit card and that was it.  Every time i have contacted them i always talk to someone different never the same person and it is was laways the same we are reviewing you case for the refund and the today may 11th i was told that the letter helaine cohen sent me was the final decission i told them that i was suing to get my refund and was told to do what ever i thought is should that theyu have lawyers to i dont know who the hell this john commons and bruce spurlock think they are but they will go to jail and i would like to start a class action law suit against them and this company and make it to were they have to pay every one and substantial amount of money due to the losses and hardship that they have put so many people in. they should not even be considered human beings they are animals along with anyone that works for them to do good hearted americans this way and take money that they have worked hard for and just be allowed to take advantage of this people there has to be something that we all can do to together  about lossing our money like this and some have lost thier homes because of this scamming company while they are living a free and money filled life off of other peoples need for help in this srtuggling economy . it is unjustified that they get to keep opening up business after business and steadily taking peoples money and getting by with it.  they need to be made to pay for the losses and hardships they have put their customers in.  they prosecute mayors and lawyers everyday and make them sell the assests to pay money that owe to people and they should be done the same way and serve prison time and never be allowed to operate or work in a company agian.  they should have to be made to struggle like they have caused all their victims to do for probably many years.   they say that commons has orders in 6 different states to pay people but hasn't made the first payment and is still out doing the same thing to more nad more peopel it makes me angry and sick at my stomach that the justice department is allowing something like this to continue.  i hope that we can get some justice out of this and get back what we all have lost and then some for the stress and hardship many many of us are going through and been through.
