I made an online purchase of a 6 CD changer for a 2007 Nissan Murano which didn't work. When I called to return the CD changer they were very nice and gave me a return authorization code and a form to filll out. I returned as directed and they said I would receive my money back as well as the cost of shipping. This was three months ago and after repeated calls and emails I am still waiting on the money to be returned.
