We used this company to set up a party supply store in May 2015. Everything on the outside looks good till the build out crew leaves. Then all the mistakes were found. From wrong and double product ordered to leaving you with dirty shelves. The training in Las Vegas was a joke and they change management more then people change their underwear. They pay other stores to give good reviews. We have kept track of all mistakes. The entire inventory system is messed up since day one. We complained over and over again to no resolve. we are not a small store we have 3500 sq foot. All we have been able to do since day one is try to fix the mistakes and survive. They say they are setting you up for success. If you ask me they sre setting you up for failure. I am willing to talk to anyone who would like to know what we were left with. Buyer Beware, Beware Beware.

Discount Party Store Developers (DPDS) promised me a business plan – it was a generic plan that still had different demographic information, it served my upcoming store almost no purpose. DPSD did not even give me the effort to provide the most crucial beginning point for accepting my hard-earned money.   DPSD goal turned out to be getting me into the first open retail space I would accept. DPSD claimed to be expert or rather the best in the business at purchasing initial inventory.  The mix, redundancy and geographically misplaced items were intended to benefit the suppliers, not my store.   The geographically misplaced inventory may or may not have been misplaced (arguably), however, the redundancy of themes, products, and outdated product lines was criminal as quoted by vendors outside of DPSD’s network and other similar businesses as mine. DPSD claimed their network of suppliers was advantageous for me and used it as a selling point for me to purchase DPSD services, however, it turned out in many instances to be quite the contrary. The person who physically came out to set up my store did not even complete the checklist of tasks DPSD was contracted to complete. DPSD consistently deflected my questions and concerns to any individual I could not physically communicate with.  If I was more business educated before the time I handed my fortune over to DPSD, I would not have.  I imagine the statute of limitation has expired for thus disabling my ability to seek restitution, compensatory and punitive damages.  If DPSD stays true to their pattern, there are some victims within the statute of limitations, present, and soon to be victims.   I believe the only remedy for the public good is a class action against DPSD.  I would gladly share my records and participate in a forensic dissection of DPSD tortious practices.
