I decided to order from Discount Pet Medication over the internet. My vet warned me about doing business with them but I figured I could order the product and ask some questions that would ease my mind. I contacted the company thru email because they have no phone number to call. I asked for someone to call me because I had some concerns. Instead of calling they emailed back with a template designed with the same info from their website. I had different questions which could have been answered easily. I wanted to know about the exact shipping method because my vet said sometimes the meds get shipped in closed containers overseasy and it gets too hot for the meds to be considered safe. I expressed my concern and instead of emailing me back addressing my concern an employee names John cancEllen my order. He said my order was considered a risk of cancellation and he cancelled it for me. I was outraged that the company decided not to communicate with me and just cancel my order. I couldn't believe it. When I asked why they would do that and just not answer my simple question the refused to answer. I emailed the company back once more before I wrote this post because I wanted to see if anyone from the company, besides John, would email me back to remedy the situation. It was 4 days and no one cared to respond about anything. Not even a sorry for the confusion. I'm glad they acted like they did because it shows me this company is probably not the best and I wouldn't put too much trust into a product where they can't handle customer inqueries about a simple shipping method, probably because they aren't shipped in the best way. I just wanted other people in the community to know how this company is handling their communication and customer service, which I think is a direct correlation to how they run other operations.
