Discount Ramps Rage Powersports Defective product, will not honor warranty Milwaukee, WI Internet
We purchased the 19.6 cubic ft. Extra Large Waterproof Vehicle Cargo Carrier Bag, Rage Powersport Products. We used it one time and only placed pillows and soft supplies inside...no chairs or hard items. After a drive that was 300 miles roundtrip, it has a massive hole in the side. We contacted the company for a refund and we are of course outisde their guarantee time. They never told us to return the product for their quality team to review. We then contacted the manufacturer who provides the 1 year warranty...and they will not honor it and told us we told DiscountRamps.com we wanted to keep the product. Why in the world would I want a cargo carrier with a massive hole? Both companies are just terrible. Horrible cusotmer service and deciving. They know they are selling a bad product so they give you 14 days to return it and then 1-year "warranty" to print on the box. What a ripoff. Stay away from DiscountRamps.com and Rage Powersports unless you want defective, overpriced products.
