Complaint Review: Discount Vetshop

Discount Vetshop, discountvetshop.com I ordered frontline, they took my money, never sent the product, promised to refund, I never received the products or a refund. Now I can no longer contact them. Internet

I searched the internet for the Frontline product. Unfortunately I found Discount Vetshop. I ordered the product. Paid through Paypal. Waited for it to be sent to me. I never received the products.

I contacted the company by email. At first they responded quickly, apoligized for the delay in the shipment and promised to promptly ship out the products. I waited again, never received the products. I contacted the company again by email. They offered to refund my money and apoligized for any inconvience.

I waited abount ten days, never received the refund. I again contacted the company by email. This time the didn't respond to my emails. I then contacted Paypal to help to resolve the problem. They recommended that I attempt to work out the problem with the company first and if it couldn't be resolved they would investigate. I sent several emails to Discount vetshop. They finally responded and apoligized for never getting the refund sent out. They said they would promptly send the refund.

Basically, by the time I gave up on getting the refund from them I again contacted Paypal to help me to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, by the time I contacted Paypal it was one day past the time they allow (45 days) for them to step in and help to resolve the issue. I believe Discount vetshop was aware of this because amazingly after the 45 day period, Discount Vetshop no longer would respond to my emails.

Now I can no longer send emails to Discount Vetshop because they no longer have a email account and the website can no longer be accessed. When I first began to have problems with this company I tried to find an address or telephone number to try to contact them in a different way, but none was available. Maybe this should have been a sign.

I have been paying bills and purchasing products online since 1995. This is the first time that I have ever had a back experience or lost money. I guess I should count myself lucky that this was the only time I have been defrauded.
