This company does not honor warranties on their products. I purchased an AC Adapter for my laptop the beginning of December 2014. I received it approximately ten days later. Within the 90 warranty period, the adapter stopped working and would not charge my laptop. I contacted the company which can only be reached by email concerning the warranty. I was told that I had to pay for shipping the item back, delivery confirmation, and provide a $10 check for processing and shipping a replacement. When I explained that the adapter originally cost $16 and they were asking me to pay $16 for the replacement. This didn't seem to be much of a warranty. Their response was to keep repeating the same thing over and over again and thanking me for understanding. Well, I don't understand and I will not order from this company ever again. I believe this company is highly unethical and I encourage anyone who reads this to avoid doing business with them.

Thank you for kind response. I have filed a trouble report with Newegg, but I was told that the matter was up to DiscountBatt. My experience with them has already been noted. Newegg should seriously consider whether to be affiliated with DiscountBatt in the future.
