I Placed an order September 15th 2012, paid $50+ for pet supplies. It is now October 18th and I have not received my order. I emailed the company and no one has gotten back to me. Tried to google a phone number and location, and I discovered that it is a scam / fraudulent company with several aliases. Currently working with my credit card company to see if something else can be done. Till then, I hope my review saves someone else the hassle.
