I ordered a pair of UGG boots from this website in late November, 2010. I was emailed on Nov 28 that my money had been accepted (by credit card) and I would receive a tracking number in three days.
After many emails and almost four weeks, I received an email on Dec 21 that my order had shipped, and a tracking number was attached. That tracking number (which I suspect was not even mine) showed activity on Dec 8 and Dec 10 in and out of a customs facility in China, then nothing.
Almost two months later, we have never gotten the product, only the Dec 8 and Dec 10 activity shows in the tracking, and we have not gotten out credit card company to reverse the charge back to the supplier.
In the meantime, the initial website we ordered from no longer exists, and now we are getting irate, badly-written emails from yet another website. DO NOT buy anything from this company!
