Ivas Berzins sold me a seat swivel for 2019 Chevrolet Van that won't fit the van. When he admitted this fact, he gave me a choice of cutting a section out and welding the seat base to lower the seat so the swivel will operate or pay return shipping (over $50)and a 30% restocking fee. He ignored the fact that the drivers seat base on this van can not be cut down because Chevrolet has a large fuse box under the seat.
