My name is Meriem S, I have contacted this seller twice by email and twice by phone regarding the order (number 122038).   I have been charged twice for this order!

to be honnest my patience has gone to a limit and I'm really frustrated and I wonder how could they do that although they seem to be a respectful company from first sight!

and I wonder how they could treat their customers that way! why they ruining their image this way?!

this is my story:

I choose my item from their website, and being very happy with my purchase (Poor me!) I click the button to pay and I put my paypal login details, then oops! the screen freezes and gess what I get a message "the payment didn't get through please try again or choose another way of payment" so without any doubt in their intensions I clicked pay again and put in my paypal login details, this time transaction successful! but when checking my paypal account, I been chocked to see that the payment has been done twice!

and when I log in into my account with them they mention that there are two orders and one of them is canceled (if it is canceled why don't they refund it for god sake?!)

at that time I didn't suspect anything bad and thought it might be just a problem with the company's website so I contacted them by email twice which went through complete ignorance!

then I phoned them twice and every time there's a fake promise to refund the money!
