Discover Financial Services harassment calls to customer in good standing Ripoff Wilmington Delaware
I asked Discover repeatedly not to call me but to send letters instead. I have paid account every month and account is in good standing. They continue to call me, including two phone calls on Sunday morning.
I never do any credit card business over the phone, regardless of who the company is. I have become a nervous wreck due to calls when I'm asleep, calls when I'm in the bathroom, calls when I'm in my classroom teaching, and call center employees yelling at me that I keep hanging up on them (not true).
I tried to be nice. After one week of this, I was tired of being nice. I mailed a check to payoff my balance and requested the account to be closed.
I've never been treated this way before and I'm 48 years old. What a way to run a business!
