I applied for a loan in early January for 20000.00 with Discover Lending Group. I was approved for the loan. I had been talking to Amanda Wilson in regards to the loan. I asked to have the contract sent to me, so i could check it over. Amanda told me that she would send it the next day. After I was approved, i was told that I was to send 1850.00 to a royal bank account in the name of Ashley Walters. Bank account #510XXXX transit #00XXX for a issurance policy, because they looked at my file and i was a credit risk.

After i had sent the 1850.00, the following day i was told that they needed another 1500.00 to complete the issurance policy. I sent them the 1500.00 to the same bank account. I have tried to call 5199034081 many times and all i get is a recording. Another person name kelly called me from 4379297976 and told me that he was handling my account. He said in order to complete the loan, another 1200.00 was needed. I had been asking all along for the contract.

I finally received the contract over. I found many things i was concerned about. I tried to call Edward Brooks, at 3657734694. He was located in Windsor Ont at 443 Quellette Ave. The number was not in service. I tried to call Kelly, to ask questions regarding the contract. He became very rude. I told kelly that i wanted a refund of my 3350.00 that i sent. He told me that someone would call me in 3 to 5 days from the refund department. After the 5 days were up, i called kelly again.

Kelly told me that he was no longer looking after my loan. I asked to speak to someone that was in charge. He said the he would call down stairs to the refund department. He told me by the weeks end, they would call me. I called the following week asking why they hadnt called me. I asked to speak to someine else, but was told they had no phones in the refund department. I have called both numbers and no answer.

I did get ahold of kelly again. He asked for me to send him the additional 1200.00 to complete what was needed. I told him that there was not any good reason why i would want to do anymore business with his company. As of today, feb 13 2018, i have not heard from anyone or have i been able to reach kelly. I will keep trying to contact him.

 I just dealt with the kelly character personally this afternoon. I applied online with a Capital Credit Lending and as i called the number back I did a reverse search only to discover this report. They are operating under a new company name now and soon as security funds were mentioned i hung up. Same phone number that you used and everything. To anybody contacted by these people should alert authorities immediately as they are scam artists trying to get your money.
