My son went to work for Discovery Marketing/Rainsoft in Altamonte Springs, Florida. To help launch his career with this company we agreed to purchase a water conditioning system for our home. That is where the nightmare began. The installer showed up to install the system while I was at work-three days before the scheduled appointment. Once installed the yinflated the price and promptly sued us for the balance and their attorney fees. They were brutal. They immediately began to harrass, stalk, insult, call, sit outside my home, very disingenuis, rude, calling all hours of the day and night. The Rainsoft system works fine but it is too bad they are associated with such liars. I will never do business with these vultures again! Don't even want them on my property-ever!! Discovery Distributing and Marketing is well documented in the BBB directory and the attorney general's office and the internet for deceptive business practices, poor customer service and inept management. Do not do business with these people. They are bottomfeeders. Equipment doesn't last either. Run.......

Good luck fishing. Just because your son was irresponsible and got fired does not mean that you should attempt to ruin a companies name. If your complaint held water it might be recognized. But it isn't. Good luck in the future in dealing with your son. Best wishes that he straitenes his life out.
