I reserved a car from this company a couple of weeks before I arrive at the airport. On the day of the arrival, a representative from this car rental, which was a middle aged ukrinian lady did my paperworks and then displayed the car. The was was in an awfull condition. First, I refused to accept this car, but she said we dont have any other car and I have to wait at least two hours before they bring another car. So I accepted the car but me and my two friends told the representative that take note that there are many scratches on the car. There was also a huge stain mark on the driver seat. Since I was returning the car early morning, they asked my to leave the car in a nearby hotel and leave the key to the hotel. When I came back home they emailed me that there are charges for the scratches on the car and they told me that I am responsible for those scratches. They took my 300 deposit and asked me for more money for the damage ! I have never seen any business even close to this level of fraud and misconduct in the USA.
