Complaint Review: Dish Network

Dish Network after cancelling and returning equip. specified now being billed for equipment Palantine Illinois

Cancelled my subscription to Dishnetwork. The representitive who took the call stated that I could keep 1 receiver and the dish since I had been a customer over 4 years

She gave me the serial #'s of the receiver I could keep and the two I was to return. Which I did. Later I was billed for the equipment. Talked to a representitive who could not confirm what it was I was being billed for but lead me to believe it was something on the dish. Which I returned.

Some months later I began receiving letters from a collection agency for the amount of $108.00 The charge for the receiver I was told I could keep. After numerous phone calls to Dishnetwork they don't know why I was told I could keep any equipment and that it was a valid charge.
